Spicy Fried Chicken Curry

An easy to make recipe, that is lip-smacking delicious.

Chicken pieces (medium size) - 1 kg
Oil - 1/2 cup
Hot water - 1/2 cup
For Marination
Onions (medium) - 2
Tomatoes (large)- 3
Green chillies - 6
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic pieces -1 tsp each
Chilli powder -2 tsp
Salt to taste

Grind all the marinade ingredients in a food processor.
Marinate chicken pieces in this mix for about an hour.
Heat oil in a fry pan.
Remove the chicken pieces from the marinade and brown them in hot oil on high fire.
Remove these pieces onto a paper towel.
Add the marinade into the oil and saute well till oil floats on top.
Add chicken pieces and the hot water. Cook till chicken is tender and the gravy is thick.

Serve hot with white rice and a cool cucumber salad.
